Thanks to technology and our web-based management system, most positions are fully 'work from home' enabled as required.

Employee Assistance Program

We understand that when times are tough, you might need a bit of extra support. The Employee Assistance Program allows our employees to access professional counsellors in confidence and immediately over the phone by an external provider.

Community Involvement

Employees are offered two days paid leave to volunteer their time and ‘give back’ to charitable causes important to them. We also support various charities by hosting in-house charity days and fundraisers e.g. Stress Down Day for LifeLine, National op Shop Week and Cupcake Day for RSPCA.

Birthday Love

We like to celebrate our employees special day with birthday cake and a birthday lunch.

Employees also enjoy a paid half day off on the day of their birthday.

Formal Recognition of Service

SignManager recognises the importance of long serving employees and rewards their efforts and achievements as they reach the following milestones:

10 years of service = $1000 Westfield gift card 

15 years of service = $1250 gift card and recognition plaque

20 years of service = $1500 gift card and dinner with the Directors

Harmony Day

Harmony Day is held each year on 21 March. Having people from all over the world with many different cultures and backgrounds helps us to be more innovative, knowledgeable and connected.

SignManager celebrates their cultural diversity on Harmony Day each year to reflect on the importance of respecting each other and our differences, and ensuring inclusiveness and a sense of belonging for everyone.

Social Fun

SignManager encourages camaraderie and a vibrant work environment. Employees light up and enjoy regular social activities and well-being initiatives that gather staff together to interact and have fun. It could be barefoot bowls, mindfulness sessions, bubble soccer, quad biking, stand up paddle boarding, skirmish or staff drinks to name a few. Plus our End of Financial Year, Christmas Party and Outside Comfort Zone Activity are always a blast.
