SignManager’s relationship with Elders spans well over 10 years. So when the time came for a rebrand, it was natural for Elders to contract SignManager to run the program.

The rebrand was a challenging project, as many of the Elders sites were in regional locations and there were a limited number of contractors in these areas.

To manage the project efficiently SignManager used their unique online management system, Signifi. This world leading, web-based management system helped SignManager to select contractors near to each site, who had the right capabilities required to complete the job. The project scope required audits of all 367 Elders sites. The audits collected information related to the current site signage, condition reports and assets. The informatoin was then uploaded to the Signifi system.

The data collected enabled Elders to separate the stores into four categories: from major to minor sites. The categorised stores were then costed to provide budgets to complete the rebrand. Six trials were given the green light for rebranding. After the trial sites were approved, SignManager commenced the program.

As a result of SignManager’s localised tendering process, they were able to deliver significant cost savings to Elders, as well as providing an online databse of all branded assets in the field. This information belongs to Elders, and the database can be accessed in real-time and updated as sites change in the future.

Through utilising SignManager’s localised tendering process, Elders also received the benefits of supporting the community as the project involves using contractors who are locals.
